Privacy Policy

UAB Redela and UAB IPLK ("Lity", "we", "us"), companies registered in Vilnius, Lithuania, operate the website lity.club and the Lity early-access platform (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

  • Early-access form: your name, email, phone and company (optional), your role, and a free-text description of your legal question if you choose to provide one.
  • Platform account: your email and basic profile data (such as your name) provided by your sign-in provider when you register or sign in.
  • Case content you provide: messages you write to the AI assistant and documents you upload. This may include sensitive information — you decide what to share.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, access logs.

2. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

  • Providing the Service you request (performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps): analysing your situation, maintaining your case file, contacting you about early access.
  • Improving and securing the Service (legitimate interest): debugging, quality monitoring, abuse prevention.
  • Consent: non-essential cookies and any marketing messages.
  • Legal obligations under applicable law.

3. Where data is stored

Case data and documents are stored encrypted in the European Union (AWS region Stockholm, eu-north-1). Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access is restricted and logged.

4. Sub-processors

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. To provide the Service we use service providers bound by data-processing agreements:

  • Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage and AI models via Amazon Bedrock (EU).
  • AI model providers used to generate the analysis — currently including OpenAI, Groq, Voyage AI and Jina AI. Case text sent to a model provider is used to produce your analysis and is not used by us to train third-party models.
  • Email delivery — our notification and mail-forwarding providers process the email address you give us.

Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The current list of sub-processors is available on request at privacy@lity.club.

5. Retention

  • Case data: retained while your case is active and deleted 180 days after your last activity, or earlier on your request.
  • Uploaded documents: deleted on your request; deletion removes both the file and the content extracted from it.
  • Early-access form data: kept up to 24 months after our last interaction with you.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@lity.club — we respond within the timelines required by the GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) at vdai.lrv.lt or with your local supervisory authority.

7. AI transparency

The Lity assistant is an AI system. Its analysis is generated automatically, is for informational purposes only, and is not legal advice. Where the Service produces AI-generated documents (case summaries, plans), they are marked as AI-generated.

8. Cookies

The Site uses strictly necessary cookies for basic functionality. Optional categories (performance, functional, targeting) are off by default and only activate with your consent via the cookie banner. We currently run no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under 16, and we do not knowingly process their data.

10. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. For significant changes affecting registered users, we will notify you by email.
